Please let us know if you need fresh bed linen every day. The following rule applies to towels:
Replace: Towels in the shower.
On the towel rail: We’ll use it again.

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room between 6.30 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. (Sundays between 6.30 a.m. and 9.30 a.m.). If you would also like to make yourself tea or coffee, you will find a kettle in the breakfast room and the necessary implements.

Our reception is staffed on weekdays between 7.30 a.m. and 12.00 a.m. You can always contact us at any time by ringing the bell.

On your floor you will find a fridge filled with refreshing drinks and snacks. A price list showing the individual items is available in your room so you can easily keep records of what you take out. We will charge you for what you have taken when you leave. A lockable fridge compartment for your private provisions is also available.

The telephone number for your room is located on the telephone itself. Of course, you can also use the phone to call your family.

You will find our notice board on the ground floor to the right of the entrance. There is also an INFO stand with the latest Moor-Kurier magazine and many other brochures about Bad Kohlgrub.

You can also use our digital app. You will find the QR code for it on the display in your room. You will find information about the town, restaurant opening hours, shops, spa and tourist information as well as doctors in the Moor-Kurier magazine and also on our notice board. The daily weather forecast is also displayed there.

In-house bicycles and hiking poles are available free of charge. You can also borrow an e-bike free of charge in the spa administration at Bad Kohlgrub and Bad Bayersoien and in the Papistock sports shop in Oberammergau. (Benefits of KönigsCard)

On the ground floor, we are waiting for you to come for your treatments wearing the dressing gown you will find in your room. Wearing pool shoes, you will be properly dressed for the spa and the bath towel provided in the apartment is the perfect companion. We will spoil you with an activating massage or get to the bottom of your complaint with physiotherapeutic treatments. Let yourself be surprised. Simply let us know what you’d like and we will arrange the appointments.
